TikTok Integration Review Instructions

This page describes where TikTok is used in Intlaaqa Project Management System and how an authorized reviewer can reach the integration.

Public application overview

Intlaaqa Project Management System is a project, content, social publishing, and advertising operations platform for authorized marketing teams and their clients. The public homepage explains the product without requiring authentication.

Authentication

Operational dashboards contain private client and campaign information and therefore require authentication. Reviewer credentials are supplied securely in the TikTok Developer Portal application review notes; credentials are not published on this public page. The login page is available at https://pms.intlaaqa.sa/login.

TikTok advertising connection

  1. Log in using the reviewer account.
  2. Choose TikTok Ads from the dashboard navigation.
  3. Select the connection action for a TikTok advertising account.
  4. Approve the permissions displayed by TikTok’s official Business authorization flow.
  5. Return to the TikTok dashboard to view the advertising accounts authorized for that connection.

The advertising integration supports available account, campaign, ad group, ad, creative asset, status, and performance-reporting workflows. Availability depends on the connected advertiser account and permissions approved by TikTok.

TikTok profile publishing connection

  1. Open an authorized project.
  2. Open its Social Media Integrations or publishing settings.
  3. Select TikTok and choose Connect TikTok Account.
  4. Approve the scopes displayed by TikTok.
  5. Return to the project integration page.

The current implementation requests basic profile information and, when approved for the application and user, video upload, video publishing, and video list access. TikTok sandbox or unaudited-app restrictions may limit privacy settings, visibility, or returned videos.

Disconnecting and deletion

Authorized users can disconnect TikTok from the corresponding dashboard or project integration screen. Users may also revoke access through TikTok and may submit a verified data deletion request.
