Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

This policy explains how Intlaaqa (“we,” “our,” or “the platform”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when authorized users access our project, content, publishing, and advertising management services.

1. Information we collect

  • Account and authentication information: name, email address, password hash, role, profile details, login session data, and security-related records.
  • Workspace information: projects, tasks, meetings, content plans, briefs, comments, files, approvals, publishing schedules, and other information users enter into the platform.
  • Integration information: identifiers, account names, profile information, authorization status, and access or refresh tokens supplied after a user authorizes a supported third-party service.
  • Campaign and publishing data: connected account IDs, campaign structures, creative metadata, publishing status, and available performance metrics returned by supported providers.
  • Technical information: logs needed to secure, troubleshoot, and operate the service. Sensitive authorization tokens are not intentionally written to application logs.

2. TikTok authorization information

When an authorized user connects TikTok, TikTok may provide an access token, refresh token, expiration information, an advertising account identifier, an Open ID, display name, avatar, or other information covered by the permissions shown during TikTok authorization. The exact data depends on whether the user connects a TikTok advertising account or a TikTok profile for an approved publishing workflow.

3. How we use information

  • Authenticate users and enforce role-based access.
  • Provide project, content planning, approval, publishing, campaign management, and reporting features.
  • Send user-requested actions to connected providers and display responses returned by those providers.
  • Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the platform.
  • Respond to support, privacy, access, correction, and deletion requests.
  • Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell personal information. We transmit data to TikTok and other connected providers only when needed to complete an authorized integration action. We may also use infrastructure, hosting, storage, email, and monitoring providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users, the service, or others.

5. Storage and security

We use access controls, authenticated routes, role permissions, transport security, token hiding in model serialization, input validation, and operational logging to protect the service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure; users must also protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

6. Retention

Information is retained while needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, secure the platform, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and workspace requirements. When a verified deletion request is completed, applicable personal and integration data is deleted or anonymized unless continued retention is required by law or legitimate security needs.

7. Revoking TikTok access

Authorized users can disconnect a supported TikTok connection from the relevant dashboard or Social Media Integrations section. Users may also revoke access directly through their TikTok account settings. Disconnecting removes the stored connection credentials used by that integration; TikTok may retain information under its own policies.

8. Access, correction, and deletion requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated data. Because workspaces can contain shared business records, we verify the requester’s identity and authority before deleting or anonymizing data. Follow our Data Deletion instructions. You can also disconnect third-party accounts without deleting the entire workspace.
