Terms of Service
Last updated: July 15, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of the Intlaaqa platform. By accessing the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must use the platform on behalf of yourself or an organization that has authorized you. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. User accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity performed through your account. Accounts and workspace access may not be shared with unauthorized people. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Authorized use
The platform may be used for legitimate project operations, content planning, collaboration, social publishing, advertising management, and reporting in accordance with assigned roles, provider permissions, and applicable law.
4. TikTok and third-party integrations
Third-party connections, including TikTok, require an authorized user to complete the provider’s official authorization flow. Available features depend on permissions approved by the provider, account eligibility, application review status, and provider availability. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s own terms, policies, and platform rules. We do not guarantee approval of content, campaigns, accounts, or requested permissions by TikTok.
5. User responsibilities
- Obtain the rights and approvals needed for content, media, data, accounts, and campaigns you manage.
- Review drafts, targeting, budgets, schedules, and publishing settings before authorizing an action.
- Follow advertising, privacy, intellectual property, consumer protection, and platform-specific rules.
- Maintain appropriate internal authority over connected business and social accounts.
6. Prohibited activities
You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; bypass security or permission controls; scrape or overload the service; misrepresent identity or authority; publish prohibited content; or use connected APIs outside their approved purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, interface, software, branding, and documentation belong to Intlaaqa or its licensors. Users retain rights in content they lawfully submit and grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and transmit that content to provide requested services.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but maintenance, security incidents, internet conditions, third-party API changes, provider outages, permission changes, and account restrictions may interrupt features. Features may change as supported providers update their services.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security reasons, unlawful activity, material breach, provider requirements, or risk to the platform or others. Users may request account or data deletion through the Data Deletion page, subject to identity and authority verification and required retention.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Intlaaqa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for third-party platform decisions, outages, account restrictions, rejected content, or unauthorized actions caused by compromised user credentials.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or provider changes. The updated date will be shown on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
