Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account information, connected TikTok authorization data, or other personal data associated with your use of the platform.
How to submit a request
- Contact support using the email address associated with your platform account.
- Use the subject Account and Data Deletion Request.
- Include your name, account email, workspace or project name, and whether you want a specific TikTok connection removed or the applicable account data deleted.
- Do not send your password, access token, refresh token, or other secret credentials.
- Complete any reasonable identity and workspace-authority verification requested by support.
Disconnect or revoke TikTok first
An authorized user may disconnect TikTok from the relevant TikTok dashboard or project Social Media Integrations section. You may also revoke the application from your TikTok account settings. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically remove records that must be retained for security, legal, or shared-workspace reasons.
What happens next
After verification, we identify applicable account, profile, token, and integration records. TikTok access and refresh tokens covered by the request are removed from our active connection records. Personal data is deleted or anonymized where appropriate. Shared business records may be reassigned, anonymized, or retained when another authorized workspace user still requires them or when retention is legally required.
Completion and timing
Support will acknowledge the request and provide status or follow-up questions through the verified contact channel. The time needed depends on the scope, identity verification, shared-workspace impact, and applicable legal requirements.
